Vibrating Conveyors

We are also proud to state that we are one of the few counted names to offer motor vibratory conveyor that consists of a horizontal tray made of mild steel or stainless steel. This horizontal tray is fixed to the frame, and the vibration is produced by two special unbalance motors which are fixed on either sides of the tray.

The complete assembly of tray with motor rest on a set of coil springs so that, no vibrations are transmitted to the stand and ground. As the Motor starts, the vibration sets in motion and further help in controlled flow of the material. The motor operates at 400/440v 3 phase A.C. system at 1440 RPM. It is highly useful in plastics, rubber, ceramic, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer and glass industries.
