Impact Type Vibrators
We offer an extensive range of impact type vibrators that is fabricated using premium quality raw material. The range is easy to install and operate and require very less maintenance. The vibrations caused by the pulsating current can be restricted by controlling the input voltage and if necessary the regulator is also provided in the control panel. It is applicable in the effective packing of powder in chemical and pharmaceutical industry and is also used for the proper flow of material in conical shaped hopper.

Impact Type Vibrators
Our range of electromagnetic impact type vibrators consist of main body which houses the coil. These coils are coursed with pulsating current that sets in the vibration. The amplitude of vibration can be restricted by controlling the input voltage. The vibrators can easily be installed and requires very less maintenance. The strength of vibration can be controlled if necessary by providing regulator in the control panel.

Application:
  • For inclined discharge chutes to produce an easy flow
  • For rectangular or cylindrical bin with center discharge
  • For effective packing of fluffy and difficult to handle powder in chemical and pharmaceutical industry
  • For proper flow of material in conical shaped hopper

Capacity:
  • The vibrators are made in various power ratings ranging from 25 Watts to 500 Watts. It is important to use the vibrator of correct rating
  • The vibrator model depends on the wall thickness of the hopper
  • The design and the capacity of the hopper determine the number of vibrators to be used
  • When more than one vibrator is required to be installed on one hopper, they should be connected in same phase
  • All the vibrators are designed to operate at 230 Volts. A. C. single phase system
  • The vibrators at higher voltage can be manufactured on request
  • Each vibrator will be provided with a control cabinet to convert A. C. to pulsating D. C. except model SDV-1

Vibratory Screen
The vibratory screen offered by us is applicable in different industries for various applications. It is mainly used to grade materials in to small particle sizes. The screen also contain electromagnet housed in total enclosure to prevent dusting. Fabricated using mild or stainless steel, it is available in different dimensions and sizes. Typical application areas of vibratory screen are chemical, fertilizer, glass and pharmaceutical industry.

Vibratory Screen
The electromagnetic vibratory screen we manufacture consists of perforated sieve tray fabricated using mild steel, stainless steel & a body housing the electromagnet. The perforated sieve tray attached to the armature of the magnet vibrates as it gets charged. The material is position by the vibration. Controlled vibration gives the control over the flow of material. The body housing of the electromagnet is eventually designed in totally enclosed manner to prevent dusting. The perforated sieve tray is called screen deck. The electromagnetic vibrating screen works on standard frequency of 3000 vibrations per minute with maximum amplitude of 1.5 mm. to 2 mm. For special application 1500 vibrations per minute or 6000 vibrations per minute can also be offered to the clients.

Capacity:
Electromagnetic vibrating screens are offered in different sizes depending upon capacity required. These machines have the capacity to handle slightly wet material. Electromagnetic vibratory screens can be used for screening and grading of material by fixing a screen deck over the housing of electromagnet. These successfully screen free flowing material, as the use of mechanical parts eliminate in this application. The vibratory screens operate at 230 Volts A.C. single phase system.
