The electromagnetic vibratory screen we manufacture consists
of perforated sieve tray fabricated using mild steel, stainless
steel & a body housing the electromagnet. The perforated sieve
tray attached to the armature of the magnet vibrates as it gets
charged. The material is position by the vibration. Controlled
vibration gives the control over the flow of material. The body
housing of the electromagnet is eventually designed in totally
enclosed manner to prevent dusting. The perforated sieve tray is
called screen deck. The electromagnetic vibrating screen works on
standard frequency of 3000 vibrations per minute with maximum
amplitude of 1.5 mm. to 2 mm. For special application 1500
vibrations per minute or 6000 vibrations per minute can also be
offered to the clients.
Electromagnetic vibrating screens are offered in different sizes
depending upon capacity required. These machines have the capacity
to handle slightly wet material. Electromagnetic vibratory screens
can be used for screening and grading of material by fixing a screen
deck over the housing of electromagnet. These successfully screen
free flowing material, as the use of mechanical parts eliminate in
this application. The vibratory screens operate at 230 Volts A.C.
single phase system.
