Lifting Magnet

Designed for handling Solid Slabs, Steel Ingots, Bloom Billets, we also manufacture circular lifting magnet. It is made from high permeability Steel Casting as per IS: 449 (BSS- 1617), properly machined, to provide the most efficient Magnetic Circuit. The periphery of the magnet is heavily ribbed to give added mechanical strength and an increased radiation surface to aid cooling.

Its center & outer poles are machined from high permeability Magnet Steel with Cored recesses arrangement to protect heads of through tensile bolts. The faces of poles from spigot joints in Magnet shell, the outer poles of larger Magnets are skirted for added protection.

Lifting Magnet consists of various parts like:
* TERMINAL BOX that ensure protection whilst in operation and are of double entry type enabling the leads from the coils to be sealed in a separate cavity.
* MAGNETIZING COILS for magnet size up to 900 mm dia is pure annealed wire wound and above these are strip wound. The glass insulation of class H standard with Fibre glass NOMEX tape forming an interlayer makes coil withstand high temperature.
* BUMPING PLATES are of high grade Manganese Steel Casting as per IS - 276 with heavy ribs for added strength. These are clamped in position by the center and outer poles offering complete protection to the coil.

Magnetic Hump

Magnetic Hump is used for removing tramp Iron mixed with powder flowing down the vertical pipe. Magnet consists of two Super Power Rare Earth Magnetic Plates hinged on the zigzag path as shown. The hinged magnetic plate can be opened and cleaned easily.

When the material falls it strikes directly on the first magnet plate. Major Iron contamination gets deposited here. The material then flows to the second magnet where escaped Iron particles are removed. This insures a clean Iron free material.

APPLICATIONS :

Rare Earth Magnetic Humps are used to remove weak Magnetic and fine iron contamination. The magnetic power of the plate can be kept from medium to high power (12000 gauss) depending on the application. The hump is designed for easy installation in, Ducts, Feed Tables, and also can be at discharge of screens, conveyors etc.

Magna Roll

We design and supply precision-engineered magna roll machines that are magnetic separators with high intensity rare earth permanent magnet roll used for elimination of paramagnetic particles and fine iron particle or in other words purification or elimination.

The machine is used for various requirements in different industrial applications, including - mineral processing, ceramics, abrasives, industrial waste, laboratories and many other applications.

In many cases, the magnetic roll machines can substitute the conventional electromagnetic because of the high intensity magnetic field. Economically priced, with low electric power consumption, the roll machines can replace induced roll electromagnetic separators when the susceptibility of the paramagnetic particle to be treated is adequate to be separated with a magnetic field of 20,000 gauss.
