Lifting Magnet

Designed for handling Solid Slabs, Steel Ingots, Bloom Billets, we also manufacture circular lifting magnet. It is made from high permeability Steel Casting as per IS: 449 (BSS- 1617), properly machined, to provide the most efficient Magnetic Circuit. The periphery of the Lifting Magnet is heavily ribbed to give added mechanical strength and an increased radiation surface to aid cooling.

Lifting Magnet consists of various parts like:
* TERMINAL BOX that ensure protection whilst in operation and are of double entry type enabling the leads from the coils to be sealed in a separate cavity.
* MAGNETIZING COILS for magnet size up to 900 mm dia is pure annealed wire wound and above these are strip wound. The glass insulation of class H standard with Fibre glass NOMEX tape forming an interlayer makes coil withstand high temperature.
* BUMPING PLATES are of high grade Manganese Steel Casting as per IS - 276 with heavy ribs for added strength. These are clamped in position by the center and outer poles offering complete protection to the coil.

Magnetic Pulley

“SAIDEEP” manufacture a wide range of Rare Earth and Ferrite Magnetic Pulleys. These Magnetic Pulley are widely used to remove tramp iron mixed with the material moving on a conveyor belt.

Applications :

The permanent magnetic pulley is dual-purpose equipment used for protection of crusher Jaws or other machinery and also for purification and concentration of magnetic material from the mines. It has the widest application in food, chemical, ceramic, paper, coal handling, foundry operation and mining industry.

Construction :

The magnetism in a Permanent magnetic pulley is produced by internal assembly of magnets enclosed in non magnetic stainless Steel shell. The steel Shaft is extended on both sides. One side is provided with Keyway. The Pulleys have a face width of 50 to 100 mm more than the belt width. The magnetic strength of magnetic pulley depends on the diameter and also quality of magnets used. Pulleys with Rare Earth Magnets can handle depths upto 300 mm.

Selection :

Magnetic Pulley width is determined by the width of conveyor belt to be used. Diameter depends on, depth of material and speed of the conveyor. It can be designed to suit customer’s application.

Magnetic Grills

Our Super Power Rare Earth Magnetic Grids are useful for removing very fine weakly magnetic impurities from free flowing powder and granular material. Magnetic Grids are assembled from 1” Magnetic Grills, Dia Rods in SS – 304 o SS – 316 Material having super power Magnetic force on the surface. These grids can be made rectangular, Round and Draw out type grids for easy cleaning to suit customer’s application and are available in single or multiple rows, fitted in housing as shown. Rare Earth magnetic grids are used to purify products such as Food, Chemicals and Minerals. These Magnetic Grills are also used in other Industries such as Foundries, Glass, and Plastic etc.
