Description: Saideep's Magnetic Destoner is the most reliable solution for eliminating mud balls, ferrous stones & other ferrous contamination that may be present in the raw material.
Operating Procedure: The raw material is fed into a hopper with a slide gate. When the slide gate is realeased the material flows out via a Vibrating Feeder on the belt of the high power intensity magnetic roll, the magnetic roller here attracts all the ferrous contamination & guides it back into a contamination box. Whereas all the good & now cleaned material is passed out through the machine outlet for its next defined process in the plant.
