“SAIDEEP” manufactures Pneumatic Vibrator in three designs, pneumatic turbine vibrator, pneumatic ball vibrator and piston vibrators. These vibrators are light and can be easily installed in any position directly to the structure to be vibrated.

These vibrators can be used in application such as declogging of Hoppers, Chutes Vibratory Feeders, Table and Screens. Pneumatic Vibrators are most suitable for hazardous area where flame proof equipment is required.

Bin Activator

Some times material stored in the hopper does not flow at all, even after fixing Vibrator or Unbalance Motor on outside surface. This is due to physical properties of powder its particle size and moisture content. For such difficult powders our “BIN ACTIVATOR” is the right answer.

OPERATION :

The Bin Activator designed by us consists of a conical shape discharge zone that is connected to storage silo or hopper through a set of steel hangers. The gap between the hopper and discharge zone is sealed with the help of a special flexible rubber sleeve. The material is made to flow normally through the opening provided at the discharge point with the help of one Unbalance Vibrator motor that is fixed on one side.

APPLICATIONS :

Bin Activator has been successfully tried on all difficult to handle products like surphur and its compounds, fine mica powder and other minerals, ores titanium dioxide, wood chips, salt, sugar and such other fine, flaky, fibrous and sticky materials.

WIDE RANGE :

Available for silos from 600mm dia. To 3000mmdia.
Made from M.S.,S.S – 304, S.S – 316 or abration resistant steel.
Epoxy coated or Teflon coated for food application.
